How to Book

- You can book our services by filling out the quote form, calling us, or emailing us directly.
- We offer free quotes and can arrange a site visit to assess your space before confirming the project.
Deposit Requirements

- A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the size and type of the job.
- Deposits cover material sourcing and scheduling and will be deducted from your final invoice.
Lead Times

- We aim to accommodate your preferred schedule but recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.
Site Preparation

- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of obstacles at the time of service.
- We can assist in removing old tiles upon request (additional charges may apply).
Rescheduling

- Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance. Short-notice reschedules may result in a small admin fee.
