To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all clients, please review our booking guidelines:

How to Book

    • You can book our services by filling out the quote form, calling us, or emailing us directly.
    • We offer free quotes and can arrange a site visit to assess your space before confirming the project.

Deposit Requirements

    • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the size and type of the job.
    • Deposits cover material sourcing and scheduling and will be deducted from your final invoice.

Lead Times

    • We aim to accommodate your preferred schedule but recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.

Site Preparation

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of obstacles at the time of service.
    • We can assist in removing old tiles upon request (additional charges may apply).

Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance. Short-notice reschedules may result in a small admin fee.
