Refund policy

At Manchester Tiling Ltd, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible and fair as possible with all our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs and lost time.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a minimum fee of £50.

Refunds

  • As we provide customised services, refunds are not available once a project has begun.

  • If you paid a deposit, it may be partially refundable depending on the notice period and any materials already purchased on your behalf.

  • In the rare case of a service-related issue, we will work with you to resolve it, including rework or touch-ups if applicable.

Materials & Custom Orders

  • Any tiles or materials ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once purchased, even if the service is later cancelled.
